About Us

Full Family Salon

Trends by Tasha is a fun, family friendly, professional salon in Menomonie. Each stylist rents their own chair, therefore, we are an appointment only salon offering affordable prices, flexible schedules, and a patient staff working with you to meet all of your needs. We sell Paul Mitchell and Milk Shake products along with some others. Trends by Tasha does a lot of special occasion parties in salon or on location. A contract and deposit is required. Meet Our Team

•Tasha is the owner of Trends by Tasha and has been doing hair since 2009. She has a love for color and specializes in color corrections, specialty colors, as well as young children cuts.

•Lindsey has been apart of our team since 2014. In 2018 she started renting her space, Uniquely U. She has a love for doing pedicures and also works behind the chair doing cuts and colors.

Trends by Tasha's Policy

Cancellations
Trends by Tasha asks for 24 hrs notice of all cancellations or reschedule appointments. This way, our staff members will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We also offer a discount price on time slots that become available due to a cancellation or no show. We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total service(s) menu price. If an appointment was made within 24 hours, we ask for a 4 hour notice.

Clients can cancel appointments by calling the salon (715-235-2310) speaking to a staff member or by leaving a voicemail. We do not guarantee an email or facebook message as a cancellations form unless we reply to you.

Late Arrivals

We ask that clients call the salon and notify us if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot may will reopened and made available for clients wanting to book. Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time or be turned away and asked to reschedule. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

No Shows

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the total service(s) menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments at Trends by Tasha. Clients who are repeat offenders of late cancellations and/or no show appointments will be asked to prepay menu price, in full, for any services before booking their next appointment.

Deposits

Trends by Tasha requires a deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file) in order to secure bookings for hair extensions, special occasion parties, group appointments, appointments taking more than 2 hours, or appointments booked out of salons posted hours. Reminder this deposit is non refundable if you do not follow Trends by Tasha’s policy, stated above.

Service Refunds
Trends by Tasha does not issue refunds on services received. We do have a 7-day policy in place on services, in which a client can come back and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors.

Product Returns

Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange with management approval. Must be within 14 days of purchase date and products must be ¾ full.

We are open Tuesday-Friday by appointment only. It‘s best to book an appointment ahead of time. Our schedule is available online 24/7. Saturday appointments may be booked ahead of time for Special Occasions events- contact a stylist for more info.
